Significant celebrations were held across the Archdiocese of Adelaide and the Port Pirie Diocese.

Adelaide

The Adelaide Archdiocese held major celebrations based around significant sites in Adelaide and  Penola and made the  live television coverage of the canonisation ceremony in Rome accessible to as many as possible.

Port Pirie

The Port Pirie Diocese has had forty two Foundations made by the Sisters of Saint Joseph since the time of Mother Mary MacKillop and chose to celebrate their proud history in places of significance.
